Renowned local artist Cecilia Lueza will lead a team of volunteers to transform the intersection at Central Ave & 5th St. into a piece titled “Common Ground”; a vibrant street-level mural symbolizing the diverse backgrounds and creativity of artists who find inspiration and meaning in the city.
